Error in Cost Distribution :KEU5

Hi,

While executing Assessment Cycle for closed period i.e. for the month of Oct 2013, we are getting 2 Errors : 1. No Summarization Level exists & 2. No valid Receivers. We have selected all the receivers but still cycle is not getting executed. Is this because of summarization level ? Kindly suggest as the issue is urgent. We have also opened the period for oct 2013.
