Your question answer with best of my knowledge.

1. Ans: It’s not required to use MF50,

             Planning table MF50 is not mandatory filed to for MFBF, In both planned order confirmations and                          finished material confirmation.

2.Ans: In REM, MFBF possible through planned order and direct finished material, and it's not affect any           business process flow problem.

3. Ans: MRP/MPS run for the finished product, planned orders created by MRP and dependent                             requirements created for the components.

Expert please guide me if any thing wrong.
