Going by your educational background, SAP HR (or in SAP terms - HCM) seems to be a natural choice. But beware of the following points:
- The industry mandates that candidates interested in any SAP Functional role must have some domain experience, which in your case means you should have worked as an HR Manger in some company for X number of years
- You will be considered a "fresher" in the SAP field and the job opportunities for freshers are few and far between
- An SAP Certification may help. But it is costly and does not guarantee jobs.
- Your BPO experience will not be counted.
