BP Role is not be able to add field into a account( corporate account) in CRM UI

BP role is not replicated in the personalize of account management......for example: corporate accounts, Individual accounts,......

In the component workbench, i added the field Bp role to the accounts( individual account, corporate account ),....This field is not replicated to CRM WEBUI ......
