Hi,
Follow below steps.
Right click on the public folder -> User Security and select the group and assign security.
Click on advance and add/remove rights.
Denied the permission on
- Add objects to folders that the user owns Not Specified
- Add objects to the folder
Click on the Personal Folders and click on the user security.
Add the group and assign full control.
With security users can open the reports in public folders but can not save or save as in the public folder.
They only can save as in the personal folder.
