Hi Gurus,
1. The email alert has been enabled in CMC. Also specified our email id's (we are delegated administrator) in the watches, so expected that whenever there is an alert triggered, it will notify to us via email. But truth is we never received to our email box (outlook). Is that the normal behavior?
FYI, the scheduled job alert notifications are perfectly coming to our email box, so the email alert mechanism is working fine.
2. Also selected the ‘alert’ notification to ‘inbox’ in watches, but our inbox never received the alert notify when there is an alert triggered. How to fix the issue?
