Re: Fields on Email screen are GRAYED out in CRM webClient UI

Hi Sylvain,

 

Thanks for your response. When i made the changes to agent inbox. in the nteraction Center WebClient->Basic Functions->Communication Channels->Define E-Mail Profiles ,

 

Then the whole web browser is blank and is showing th error of HTTP 500. as if the Interaction center is not connecting to SAP.
