Yeah, both are from different queries.
I just created variable editor with the approach you said by using minus operation, but I am getting the error as invalid data type.
I think minus operation that will workout only for arithmetic operations (like for count), but here both are shipment IDs from different tables (each table contains single column) which are from different queries.
Please check the attached screenshot and get back to me whether there is any other approach this can be achieved.
