Our integration Product Mgmt team is busy authoring some tutorials on some common "design patterns" for technical consultants to know how to do custom integrations with C4C and 3rd party SOAP services.
Your Account 360 use-case would use this "design pattern" to configure the C4C UIs and write a few lines of code in SDK to consume the OnPrem CRM SOAP apis with minimal effort (few hours if you know what you are doing in SDK and understand the SOAP APIs you are consuming).
To get you started to do a simple synchronous SOAP API integration (call a 3rd party SOAP API and get a single response) here is a SDK tutorial that has an example for an exchange rate SOAP service, but also a sample lab exercise to familiarize yourself with SDK.
