As per my undersatnding your query is like below.
1. If employee is on loss of pay for one day then system should calculate his salary on 26 day's basis. That means he will be getting 25day's salary. Am i correct?
2. If employee is on loss of pay for less than 1day should calculate on hourly rate.
3. Or else if employee is not in a loss of pay for the month then salary will be calculate on actual working day's.
Is it requirement?
You said you copied your custom factoring pcr from INP1 and where you copied /803 to /801.
If you are using PC10 as 3 in the wage type technical charateristics then system will deduct salary based on working day's and if any loos pay happend then will be calculating working day's-loss of pay day's. Check your pcr once again is it written correctly or not.
