Hello all -
I need to know if anyone is having trouble with the "Custom backup/restore" process working? We have upgraded to cyclic E2 and trying to move this out of our DEV environment, but I can't get the backup/restore process to update my other BSI clients.
For example we have BSD 030 for testing and I've configured all the SUI wage base changes for 2015 in this client. Now I want to backup/restore this to our INTEG system. The backup works and creates a file, but when I upload it to the other environment it comes back with an error saying "0 byte file". I checked the backup file and there is data in the file, but I can't figure out why it won't load to other environments. I spent an ENTIRE DAY keying all the SUI wage base changes and definitely do not want to do that for each BSI client that we have.
