360 Overview - Accounts Recent Orders extension field

Hi,

We would like to add extension fields in Recent Orders screen.  Data is fetch from ECC system to C4C. There is 360 Overview - Account communication arrangement and we are using Manage Recent Order Data and Query recent order data service. 

Any thought about how to extend the recent order business object in C4C ?
