Career plan & Sucession

Dear experts.

We're on EHP6 and KAKISA & SSFF is not in scope to Talent Management.

For  the EhP4 and above  We have found that the career path are created with t.code HRTMC_PPOM and Career Types and Career Levels are used as the Career Path.

Using SAP , the Careers are displayed and can be edited using SAP Network Graphics

Is posible  see the path of the career plan in the ESS ?

I am new and I want create this path in the system :

Management career
Manager of IT Department

System administrator
|
Programmer
|
Trainee

What are the steps to create it?
