BADI Creation : PR is Mandatory While creating purchase order

Hi,

i'm new in SAP- Badi, i must implement the BADI "ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST". In this Badi i would like to Set PR Field as Mandatory,While Creating PO in me21n, how can i do that ?
