No. There is no inspection lot creation during transfer of stock from unre. to blocked stock.
This activity perform through Quality notification. While doing transfer system post movement type 344.
Once stock has been posted to blocked, user creates return delivery again through notification.
You can see following is the sample notification and the pop-up. User perform all activity from stock posting to delivery only through notification.
One more thing wants to discuss is, although valuation type field or input not displaying in notification, I think we cant post return delivery (Stock return to vendor) without entering valuation type in return delivery, as system will not allow the same due to material subjected to split valuation.
