Hello, we are having an issue which populate extra blank lines in print preview and exported MS Excel file. We are using Crystal Report 2011.
The report contains one sub-report which has a calculation field (in red square in the below screenshot) in Group Footer #1a, and it is used in the Schedule Payment field (in blue square in the below screenshot) in Group Footer #1b. The field in the sub-report is suppressed and used for just calculation.
We tried to move the sub-report in from Group Footer #1a to Group Footer #1b. However, the value of Scheduled Payment in Group Footer #1b became wrong. If we keep the sub-report in Group Footer #1a, the Scheduled Payment value is correct but Group Footer #1a is printed as blank line which we would like to remove/hide.
We also tried to change the font size of Sub-report to Font 1 and set the height 0.001. However, when we saved and closed the report, and re-open it, the height became 0.042 (we assume this value is the minimum height of object) and still generate extra blank line.
Is there any other way to get rid of the blank rows and with keeping the correct value? Please advise.
