Looks like you are not using FPM based OVP configuration and current entry is incorrect.
Try to change the SWFVISU entry with :
APPLICATION ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE
DYNPARAM WI_ID=${item.externalId}
NAMESPACE sap
- WF template " WS17900404" is activated in Tx - SWDD
- Re-register the Task configuration on UWL
