Hi Agur,
When I connect to the HAC in IA, the BCM HAC service in services.msc is up and running. After connection the mode of IA is Deployment mode. Now when I go to Monitoring mode, the service "SAP BCM HAC ACME_HAC" is stopped. 
This service does not start automatically but asks me to update the password in the below .
