I would expect you in the first place to contact SAP Education.
There is no better source than them. Then they would advise you all the formalities that are required to be completed. If they say, that you are not eligible, then that is the end of the story. You will need to wait until you get the required eligibility. Little difficult to digest, but we need to appreciate the reality :-)
