Hi , please help to comment for this QM requirement ...............

Thanks for your time. Appreciate if you can help to comment or feedback if anything which i miss as below :

I have requirement to setup the QM only after production -

1. QM in delivery for FG.
2. Defect recording based on overall Quality summary
   1. Example : Recording no 1 - Is the PH level Pass ? YES / NO
   2. Example : Recording No 2 - Is the Cutting fullfill the requirement ? YES / NO
3. Simple QM to setup for Certificate of analysis (COA)
4. Print the COA and manually attach with Delivery Order to customer.

My Process Flow :

After Production GR for FG , the system will trigger inspection lot creation automatically.

Once the quality department carry out the physical Quality check , they will based on inspection lot

carry out the inspection , recording based on example as i show above. Once all Pass. QM will generate

one Certificate for the FG.

My question :

1. What's requried in term of Master Data : Inspection Plan & Catalog required ?
2. What's required in term of Configuration  ?
3. How to generate the COA ?
