Exporting SuccessFactor document with defined filename

Hello,

We are looking for a document or procedure on how to define the file naming convention for documents that will be exported from success factors.

for example we want the file to be exported using Archive&Print option: ARICKES-FY2012 Performance and Development Plan–12345–01.01.2013.pdf. Where first seven characters are userid, separated by '-' then file name and finally the date of the document.

I read an article and it was suggesting configuring MDF (Metadata framework) but if anyone has configured this, kindly let me know how and where to configure this in success factors.
